  Being a yoga newbie made me feel a bit nervous, but right from the start Master Junie made me feel welcomed and at ease. Master Junie is an amazing instructor, she's the perfect balance in powerful, yet gentle and authentic. I have been attending class for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it! I always come out feeling so relaxed and renewed! I would recommend Body and Brain to everyone. I have brought my mom with me as well and she loves it too. I'm so happy to have found Body and Brain; I've gotten stronger and more flexible, and while it wasn't my goal, have lost some weight. It's not just my physical body that I have notice change, but I've become so much more grounded and peaceful because I have taken the time to focus on myself and break away from my daily worries.
