  I've been using Coit for years now & have never had issues with them. Even when a rug was misplaced, as can happen, they dealt with it quickly and professionally. Their work is superb; their pick up & delivery schedules are compliant with common sense AND they arrive when they say they will. Call their company & those who answer the phone are extremely helpful & pleasant! They're great! I wouldn't use anybody else.

  The man that came to clean my carpets was quick, efficient and thorough. I was very pleased with the results! I would like to suggest that if you send me the 50% offer, you let me know that no matter what, the minimum charge is $200. I thought I would get a deal because I was a returning customer and I was happy to see that it should have been 50% off.
