    Kate Yoga offers you one of the most unique experiences in taking yoga. The classes are kept small so that Kate is able to customize the class based on the students' needs. She pays great attention to your particular body's strengths and weaknesses so that you can access the most out of each pose. I love beginning and ending each class with mindful breathing that both centers me and allows me to stay present with myself and others throughout the day. Kate's knowledge, warmth, and sensitivity make me feel safe and I always feel inspired to come back and learn more from her.

    Kate's long time study of the yoga tradition comes out in the integrity of her work and the students she teaches, who embody what they are taught. No other yoga studio that I have found gives you such a well balanced and integrative practice.
