  Called over the phone and they quoted me at $25 per room, with a $75 minimum. I had one room and one stair case, so I figured the cost would be around the minimum, maybe a little more. The guy shows up and immediately quotes me $300 for the job because he was going to do tons of extra add ons. After getting over the sticker shock, I explained that that price was out of my budget and not what I was told over the phone. After haggling, the price went to $200, 150 and finally 100. The whole experience turned me off and made me lose faith in their service.
  
  I called other places who were honest about the pricing. the average price for a room and stair case is $140, so it turns out that this company's price was cheap at the end, but I'm not sure what they were going to omit from the service to meet that $100 price.
  
  This review is based off of that initial experience of haggling, not the quality of their work since I never saw it
  
  If you decide to work with these guys, be prepared for some bait and switch sales tactics
